The event brings together safety, HR, and operations leaders from across Ohio and beyond to share best practices and new ideas in workplace safety.

This year, HealthSource Solutions is both exhibiting and speaking. At Booth 644, our team will share practical ways to integrate mental wellbeing, stress support, and physical readiness into existing safety programs, especially for manufacturing, construction, and public sector workforces.
Our breakout session, “Implementing Wellness for the Industrial Athlete,” will take place on March 12 at 2:30 pm. In this session, attendees will learn how to:
- Design a holistic mental health and wellbeing program that supports both individual workers and the organization.
- Implement realistic wellness initiatives that fit into shift‑based work and busy operations.
