HealthSource Solutions is a privately held company. We support companies with their employee health management strategies by providing customized and comprehensive wellness solutions. This policy covers the website at: https://www.healthsource-solutions.com. The HealthSource Solutions Website ('we,' 'us,' 'our,' 'the site') is owned, operated, and maintained by HealthSource Solutions, LLC. (Specifically two non-techy women in their marketing department who were brave enough to take on this herculean task.)

Do we collect your data?

In a simple answer, yes, but not for any other reason than to keep track of visitors to our site. It's more of a site evaluation for us to make sure we are staying current and attracting visitors, not to get personal details on you. We want to make sure we have created a site that interacts with our current and potential clients and that we provide content that is interesting and relevant. Google Analytics gives us a statistical analysis by the numbers, not by your name. On other sites, a 'cookie' will be placed on your computer so they can see what you are interested in for advertising purposes. Because we have no advertising at this time, your information stays with us and is not sent to third parties. Most cookies expire after a day or you can clear your cache to remove them. Our favorite cookies still have chocolate chips in them.

Contact forms

When using a contact form, we store that information in our online database and it is also sent to our email. It is our opportunity to inform new or current clients and interested parties of our wellbeing solutions, events, news, and relevant wellbeing information. We will never share these lists with other entities. For those that register for our events (Midwest Health Promotion Conference and Wake Up With Wellness) our attendee email list is shared with select sponsors. You may opt out at anytime if you receive emails from them.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and does not apply to information gathered from other sources. As a resource for healthcare services, we abide by all HIPPA laws, which can be found here.

Through the site, you may be able to access links to other websites which are not under the control of HealthSource Solutions. We have no control over the nature, content, and availability of those sites. This Privacy Policy does not cover the links within the site that link to such other websites. We will change our privacy policy when we offer advertising. That is probably not going to happen anytime soon. When and if we do allow advertising, we will post the changes on this page.
