During anecdotal surveying of fitness center usage, it was uncovered that women were underutilizing the facility despite expressed interest in the equipment and programming. The onsite Senior Fitness Specialist sought to meet their needs by adjusting the program and developing a roadmap to address those needs.

Our onsite Fitness Specialist created a holistic and well-rounded program to address neck and shoulder tension, and low back pain that meets employees where they are: at work. He provided an accessible way to improve their range of motion, build strength, and reduce pain or tension, all while at their Medtronic campus.
