On-Call Fitness Professional
Assist in the oversight of the fitness center. Responsibilities include supervision of the fitness center during open hours, group fitness instruction and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
Requirements: 1+ years of fitness experience in the fitness field required. ACSM, NSCA, NETA, AFAA or ACE certification is preferred. Experience with group fitness instruction, teaching a variety of formats such as yoga, strength training, Zumba, core, etc. CPR certification required. Strong verbal communications, customer service, and motivation skills are also required. Hours will vary (some 4-8 hour shifts, some only class coverage). Locations include Eagan, Hopkins and Wayzata, MN.
HealthSource Solutions is looking for on-call nurses to provide flu shots for corporate clients. Clinics are onsite at companies located throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul greater metropolitan area.
Schedules vary depending on event and staffing needs. Day and early evening hours are most common. Ideal for those wishing to work on-call with flexible hours.
Qualifications: RN, LPN. Proof of current license and CPR certification required. We train all staff in our protocols. Willingness to work alone or in teams, and able to drive to locations.
On-Call Health Screening Staff

Health Screenings: blood pressure, finger stick cholesterol, height and weight and provide educational information on screening outcomes and next steps
Health Educators: staff displays at health fairs and other health promotion events
Fitness Center Program Manager
The Fitness Center Program Manager is responsible for the fitness center operations at the client company, including supervision of staff, oversight of facility, development and management of policies and procedures, and promotion of the facility and services.
This individual will have a four-year degree in health education, exercise physiology, sports management or a closely related field. They will have at least THREE years’ experience in the field with significant experience in a corporate fitness center.
Candidate must have a strong technical knowledge in the area of exercise education and a good understanding of general health topics as well as worksite health promotion process. CPR certification is required. The ability to lead exercise classes is required. ACSM Health and Fitness Instructors and additional fitness related certifications are preferred.
