Massage
On-site chair massage services are provided by Certfified Massage Therapists. This type of massage focuses on the neck, shoulders, back and arms. The seated massage chair fully supports the participant, allowing for maximum relaxation. Sessions are typically 10 minutes per participant. This can be a great addition to a health fair or other employee health event.

Home Screening Test Kit
The home screening test kit is for employees that cannot attend a scheduled worksite screening event or work in a remote location. Everything they'll need is literally at their fingertips. We send everything directly to your employee's door. They will self-collect their own blood sample in the convenience of their own home and mail the sample to our laboratory. The test kit includes a sample packaging pouch and pre-paid, pre-addressed return envelope. The results will be sent directly back to the employee within 2 weeks in a clear and understandable format. The home screening kit process meets the gold standards of the largest commercial laboratories and is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and certified under Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).
Injury Prevention
Services are provided by a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or athletic trainer and may include the following during scheduled “on-site” hours:

Consistent presence of a trained therapist will allow employees to access specialists in orthopedic conditions and work-related injuries. The employee will also receive a customized care plan.

Employees can access the therapist at no cost prior to seeing his/her physician for their condition.

The therapist has the ability to see the worker perform work tasks and give instant feedback on how he/she can decrease strain on the body while performing the job demands necessary for the position.
Ergonomic Assessment
A comprehensive job analysis will be performed specific to a job classification.
Benefits of ergonomic assessment:

Functional job analysis and ergonomic assessments are provided by therapists that specialize in ergonomics, orthopedic conditions, sprain/strain injuries and work-related musculoskeletal injuries.

A detailed job analysis with digital photos will be presented to the company. Recommendations will also be provided for the job that was analyzed.
Pre-Employment Screening
Utilizing a Functional Job Analysis, a pre-employment screening can be created and utilized by a company. The screening is used as a post-offer, pre-employment tool that tests a potential employee’s ability to perform essential job functions. The screening is ADA compliant.

Executive Health Testing
HealthSource Solutions offers fitness assessments as part of a comprehensive half-day exam which also includes a one hour nutrition consultation, lab work and a full physical with a physician. The fitness test includes direct measure VO2, which provides a baseline measurement for beginning a fitness program or specific heart rate recommendations to enhance your current training. An exercise specialist will guide you through a series of core strength and flexibility exercises.
